At Urban Cut, we prioritize your satisfaction and strive to deliver high-quality products. However, if you encounter any issues with your purchase, you can return the item under the following conditions:

Conditions for Return:

1. Product Defects:
   • If the product has a manufacturing defect, such as torn fabric, stitching issues, or any noticeable damage.
2. Incorrect Order:
   • If you receive the wrong item, size, or color that differs from what you ordered.
3. Color or Shade Variance:
   • If the delivered product’s shade is significantly different from what is displayed on our website (minor variations due to screen settings are excluded).

Return Requirements:

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
• A return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

Non-Returnable Items:

We cannot accept returns for the following:

• Products that have been altered, worn, or washed.
• Items purchased during clearance sales, promotional discounts, or customized orders.

How to Request a Return:

1. Email us at urbancut.pakistan@gmail.com with your order number, issue details, and photos of the product showing the defect.
2. Once approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the item back to us.
3. After inspection, we will process your refund, exchange, or replacement within 7 business days.

Shipping Charges for Returns:

• If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
• For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Refund Process:

• Refunds will be issued via your original payment method or store credit, as per your preference.
