At Urban Cut, we prioritize your satisfaction and strive to deliver high-quality products. However, if you encounter any issues with your purchase, you can return the item under the following conditions:
Conditions for Return:

Product Defects:
- If the product has a manufacturing defect, such as torn fabric, stitching issues, or any noticeable damage.

- If you receive the wrong item, size, or color that differs from what you ordered.

Color or Shade Variance:
- If the delivered product’s shade is significantly different from what is displayed on our website (minor variations due to screen settings are excluded).
Return Requirements:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- A return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
Non-Returnable Items:
We cannot accept returns for the following:
- Products that have been altered, worn, or washed.
- Items purchased during clearance sales, promotional discounts, or customized orders.
How to Request a Return:

- Once approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the item back to us.
- After inspection, we will process your refund, exchange, or replacement within 7 business days.
Shipping Charges for Returns:
- If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
